#1) Is the card in panel form: (Y)/(N)

#2) PCB thickness: Thin card: YES, Thick card: See above.

#3) is the PCB warping during reflow? (Y)/(N)

#4) Is the PCB Symmetrical is shape & size?

These are just some of the questions you need to ask yourself. The most important question is this: Will this pallet stabilize my process??? YES? NO? Solder pallets are created when the Board shop flushed DFM out the window! This is where people like me come to play, when the de-panelled .032" odd shaped PCB needs to be processed down modern lines and not HAND SOLDERED out of country.
