I want to learn more about the wash away spacer. How many of you are familiar with it? What would be the pro & con of using it? But most importantly, anything I need to be aware of before I would use it onto the actual process.

What is the material and what impact will that have in your water wash system... Think Filtration... Think Thousands of dollars for new filters every month... Then make a decision after two other people have made comments. Talk to your maintenance group that maintain your DI water wash system, oh yea, they'll tell ya all about it!

(if you need a wash basket, let me know!). Had to sneak that in there...

Wash away spacers | 13 June, 2019

Filters get clogged. With wash-away spacers you will have to do more PMs on the machine. That said, they do work nicely. Just make sure they play nice with your wash chemistry.
