You will have to bit-copy the original hard drive contents as there are some hidden registry keys on Windows for their software. In our case, the loss of the motherboard coin cell battery resulted in the software thinking that the license had expired. Factory had to use Teamviewer to fix the quirk. Glad they were there to fix this problem but highly recommend to copy the original software and place in a safe place.
