Issue with Wave Optimizer

Hi everyone,

So basically i have a Wave optimizer (Model: SW-op) And after it finish to take the information from the wave, It show L Contact Lenght 0.00 CM and R Contact lenght 0.00 CM

Any idea what can i do to solve this problem? Thanks
