To use or not to use latex gloves in PCs manufacturing post was | 19 August, 2019

I am having a debate on latex gloves , while handling boards I see a lot o improper handling due to the false sense of security the employees have while wearing them. I had them stop for a while and I saw damage and flux/FOD defects go down significantly. What are this groups thoughts on the use of them?

Totally use them in production cycle - dispose after use. Some companies think that you should keep them in your pocket for months. Now they become way dirtier than people's hands. Other than that they work good ...I have seen worker's fingerprints on each board without using gloves.
