UNIVERSAL GC-60D PERFORMANCE | 28 November, 2019

Dear All

I would like to know your opinion and comments about Universal GC-60D performance to mount high volume for component 0402's, do you recommend this machine? we are working to get one GC-60D or the Panasonic CM402 machine.

I just have experience in Fujis Jukis and Panasonic.

I appreciatte your time and opinion.

Hello! I worked with Fujis, Jukis, Universal, Yamaha (plus with old Panasonic and Siplace). GC-60D is old modification machine, but you can use it. My opinion - better to use one type machine on factory. I don't know what to say. American machine (also feeders) is bigger than japanis.

I appreciatte your comments and suggestions, we have some old machines and we will replace some of them but unfortunatelly budget is limited.

We say videos where we can see the GC-60D working and it looks good.

Old GC-60D is risk of failure. So Juki is more easy for repairment. For example juki has one calibration jig for head with machine but for GC-60D head you need very expensive KIT (or you need to buy service).
