Zevatech PM570 Juki KP620 | 18 January, 2020

I have a PM-570 / KP-620 that looks to be stuck in the production screen. It asks to press the start button, but when doing this nothing happens ... Can someone please help? Maybe I forget a step? When I look to the data everything looks to be OK. First time using this device.
