Fuji IP3 MTU Servo error

We have not used out tray handler in several years, and when I had a need arise the thing now throws a Servo Error "MTU1 ALARM [11081010]. There are 4 servo packs in the cabinet. When I try to initialize/zero out the machine the 2nd and 4th servo pack (SA-2 and SA-4) both have their "MAIN" lights go off.

Is it likely that 2 servo packs both die at the same time, and both need replacing?

Since the tray handler is rarely used, can I delete it from the IP3 as a temporary work-around? If yes, how is this accomplished?

The tech-service company that I have used in the past had their Fuji specialist quit, and they no longer are able to send out a Field Service Engineer. Is there another company that is able to send out a engineer that knows the Fuji CP6 and IP3 platforms?
