Yes, but they really only seem to be interested in dealing in PPM-refurbished Quad IV C machines. They will sell parts but don't seem to be very interested in supporting other models under the Quad label. (The QSA-30 was made by Samsung, but uses Quad feeders, and was sold in the US by Quad.) I don't think they can supply a manual, either electronic or paper. But, when the machine comes in, I'll bug them again.

Well, the machine is here, it has some probems that I need to diagnose, and now I ***REALLY*** need the manuals (both maintenance and operations).

Two problems. One is that it will only come "ready" (servos powered on) ONE TIME per day! I'm totally at a loss how it even knows that.

And, it has a bad rotation (theta) motor on one head.

Thanks for any help anyone can give to get me the manuals.

Well, I have now traced the ready button all the way into the DPRAM board, and all looks good going into a big flat pack chip, valid TTL logic levels when I press the button. But, the machine will not go ready. I have no errors in the system error message log, and press stop, stop and reset first, but it won't go ready.

I have checked the front button inputs in the I/O display page, and reset, stop and start display a red dot when you push the button. But, ready does NOT display a red dot when you press the button. I'm just out of ideas on what to check.

I have ordered a replacement IO_DPRAM board from Korea, we will see if it fixes the problem. 2 weeks ago, right after I got the machine, it would go ready. After a couple days, it would no longer respond to the ready button. All attempts to troubleshoot the problem were not successful.
