I'm trying to diagnose a Quad QSA-30A machine that won't go ready. I have the machine technical drawings, they have overall machine schematics and cable wiring on most of the cables, but that's all. Does anyone have access to the schematics of the boards? Most importantly, I need schematics of the IO_DPRAM board, that seems to be where the trouble is.

It appears the Samsung CP30 and CP33 at least use the same boards. I think the Quad QSA-30 series is a Samsung CP33L with Quad electronic feeders instead of Samsung mechanical ones.

That's a rev 1 board, my machine has a rev 2. I have no idea if they are interchangeable. So, I bought a Rev 2 board from Korea. But, I'm flying pretty blind on this. I have traced the ready button signal to a microprocessor pin on the IO_DPRAM board, it was good there, but the I/O diagnostic page doesn't show the button as being pushed.

I'm hoping the board from Korea fixes the problem.
