Quad IQ feeder schematics or help ? | 6 November, 2020

Does anyone have schematics for the PC board inside a Quad IQ feeder? I have one that worked a few days ago, but now gives me blinking lights and doesn't move. Or, do you know what to do when it won't move? I have checked the contacts and the feeder power board, and I think I'm getting good contacts there. I used a bench supply to back the motor up and get the tape full of parts out of the feeder, so i know the motor is OK.

When you put your finger in the light beam, or press either red or black button, you get a rippling red/green/dark pattern in the LEDs. This looks like a different indication than the missing 12V power indication where the green LED flashes when you press a button.

It has been awhile for me, but I do remember that sometimes the solder would fracture on the connector pins.

Yup, that's the first thing I looked at, the pogo-pin block on the front, and where the motor plugs in. Both could be stress points. I will try resoldering those anyway, although they looked fine. I examined the rest of the board, too, and could not find any soldering issues.
