Dear All...

Greetings.... Recently My S27HM machine MC had problem and i replaced another same S27HM machine MC and updated BIOS and installed RMOS1&2 after Distribution successfully completed power off the machine and power On the machine, after power cycle station computer still showing "software Booting" no any error displayed on the screen... Checked MC There is one error 'CLI C:/CLISTART>BAT. Again We formeted the MC hard disk and created partation and installed RMOS to MC and After restart same error i'm getting and station software still Booting and nothing is happen. I try to booting with SITES but, if i click any option it is give error massage like "An error(5134, 10, 37, 7) Occurred during communication with MC...

please any know this error kindly help me to run my machine...It is under break down condition..

Hi, Ip and mc host both pinging and no issues, but still sitest given communication error, for this i replaced communication card and lan cable as well. But machine software not booting at all...
