looking for tape and reel services

We do some of our own tape and reeling. We build a small module then ship it in tape and reel. When we first started I could not get a sample just the gerbers and part data. I asked a few places. But without samples they weren't any help. Except for V-Tek. They were extremely helpful right from the start and I was able to tape and reel as soon as we first built the modules.

My employer uses this service heavily. We build a high mix of Proto and volume boards. Overall turn around time is good, about a week to ship it there and back depending on what is marked priority. Customer service is spot on, and have worked directly with our manufacturing team to solve quality issues. Quality is good but sometimes the SMD tape is brittle enough to break if twisted unlike most manufacturer tape that can take quite a bit of bend and twist, but this can be prevented with proper handling!

Also, I have NO experience with TH tape and reel services so I cannot comment on that in particular.
