Help CP40CV Contactors Not Engaged,Safety Relay K1 K2 not on? | 31 December, 2020

I Changed old parts to New Parts for: All 5 Magnetic Contactors, Circuit Breaker/Protector 1, I/O Switch housing + contact blocks, both 12v and 110v relays. Still CP40 contactors won't engage after I/O Switch is pressed, G9D-301 Safety Relay Power Led ON, but K1 and K2 Green Leds Off ?! Even changed out the MVME board and IO Dpram boards. Running out of solutions, can someone help ? Thanks !!!!

Thanks for replying Bukas...few days prior we found out it was the conveyor IF board. Changed it, all the contactors now engage. But now have these errors:

Opened [SYSTEM] file is created by #1 machine.

No command resonse from handler. (0x1000)

Loading SYSTEM data to DPRAM is failed.

No command response from handler. (0xffff)

Open to your recommendations....

have you tried just cleaning connectors prior to IF board change? maybe it was just bad connection, that is main issue with machines in my experience.
