Siemens S27HM PCB camera display not showing in monitor | 7 January, 2021

Dear All,

In S27HM siplace machine PCB camera images not display and when i try to teach feeder potion or fiducial position PCB camera light is glowing but, images not showing in monitor, kindly help what is the root cause for this issues...

Siemens S27HM PCB camera display not showing in monitor | 9 January, 2021

I had similar issue on S20 two times.

The portal2/gantry2 have camera image? Have working camera system - if other camera ok, PCB camera will be the problem. Have camera screen on BE/Components camera? Have iCOS PC working.

- Check the camera connections.

- Check headpanel too.

- Check the camera distribution panel too (switch panel above machine controller)

- If nothing helps, replace PCB-camera and make a head calibration (zero teach, rv1-2, zero teach).

For me, one time the iCOS was faulty and one time the camera was dead.
