Contact 3Z-100 servo fail

Hey there We have a second hand (or third or fourth...) Contact 3Z-100 non functioning, received as is. I am in the process to asses its condition and try to get a diagnosis. After DOS boot, 3Z.EXE executes and in the screen it reads: "Initializing Hardware.... Reading SRAM data.... Initializing MEI motion Bd.... DSP NOT FOUND AT ADDRESS 240H Error initializing motion bd. #1" I have checked the cells of the Dallas Memory sockets and are ok. Also I checked connections, slots and power supplies voltages. If anybody could give me a hint, it will be appreciated. At this point I have not succeeded to contact Versatec tech support yet. Best regards.
