Wanted book. PCB Design and Technology (Bosshart)

Hello,

Do anybody know of some source to buy a copy (printed or electronic) of Printed Circuits Boards, Design and Technology, by Walter C. Bosshart?

I know that some pages are scanned through Google Books, but I need the complete text.

There are about two or three copies for sale (Amazon, and others), but after sending messages to inquiry about payment, shipping, etc. the book is not readily available.
