Ekra E4 Shuts Down One Morning | 25 March, 2021

I bought this printer from a third-party source. The machine was running well until one day when we tried to turn it on and the screen just came up blank (I already checked if it was a monitor problem). Does anyone know why this happened and how to fix it. If not then any Tech Service I can contact to resolve this issue. We are located in California, United States.

If I were you, I will check the frontPC and rearPC. Are both of them running?

For me, last time have issue with a TBF card - burned out. That is why power supply had burned fuse. Card and fuse replaced and the machine works again.
