Good morning, at this time i find myself repairing a fuji H24G head, however in all manuals there is no manual on Solving problems of heads, I wonder if anyone can help me or only the brand has this type of documentation. Sorry for my bad English. Greetings

Error codes would be helpful. In most IPS error cases, the Documentation will not help you. For remeasuring the IPS are special Tools needed. You need to send the head to your Fuji Service.

Thanks for helping, during the opening of the head housing, I realized that a connector responsible for the vision was slightly poorly connected and that could be the cause of the IPS problem. Is there any way to test the head on fuji head cleaning equipment or will I only be able to test on the pick-and-places?

Sorry, no chance to check the IPS on AHC without the necessary Jigs and the knowledge. 7F12 is typical errorcode for a poorly connected Ribbon cable on the LED Board. If this error still occurs after reconnected the LED Board is may broken. If needed I can offer repair Service.

Hi,

I am using this heads (h24; H24s; H24G) a lot of years. First what can i say, there could be a lot issues. It's very delicated head, with small components, gears. Now i have one head in service center, latest issue we had was "The IPS image is too dark H24", nothing did't help we can do on site.

Try to check the location of the syringes where the nozzle is attached to the head. there may be a small component 0201. This could make incorrect nozzle height measurements.
