Hi friend I have one EKRA-E1 down cause by show "Referencing progress" too long. Who can advise me to check and trouble shooting.

Press emergency button, release it and you will get an error report. Sometimes table motor doesn't work properly on my EKRA E5 and I see where to search if something not okay.

Let me know your results.

Hi Kristof_K Thanks for advice, I try but still same. Afer checked, it's look the supply voltage not send out from panel to supply sensor and inverter. Now I rty to find new panel from 2nd hand.

Ok, now we found the problem source. IM-556; panel control was damaged that cuase no supply voltage out to reference sensor, S2/S2.1

S2 sensor, that is some kind of limit switch as I think. Anyways, you have found the source of issue soooo your machine will back to work soon. :)
