Looking for X-ray component counter

Hi. Personally do not have experience with this but we are reviewing the purchase of an X-ray system for our line. A tier 1 vendor we have worked with is Seamark that is a popular name in Asia.

I brought all the major players machines in house and tried them.

VisiConsult was the best hands down. Extremely simple GUI..no adjusting to get correct counts. The counting cloud feature is also a very slick tool.

Support is 5 star.

Hi,

we have a DAGE Assure machine, and we are happy with the results it gives us. Even without proper teaching the results were good (for common part sizes). *With* proper teaching results are even better. Only in certain cases results are unusable, but in this case the machine is not to blame for. E.g., counting metal shields (iron sheet) on reels, the resulting image (from X-ray) gives the image-processor a hard time. It mostly fails with this parts.
