MVP Supra E AOI -board stitching time out. | 8 November, 2021

Greetings,

I have an AOI machine that I am programming however I have ran into an issue with the board grab function. I an creating a new program and the screen should show the camera image and allow me to grab the board corners and create the images but all I get a loading wheel. I've been through this process a few times and had no trouble like this before. A machine reboot dis not solve the issue. I also switched into production mode and ran a few boards of existing product to make sure the camera was functioning, which it appears to be(ie. found fids and scanned pcb). Anyone out there with experience with this sucker?

Nick,

I don't have a MVP but our Mirtec does odd things when the hard drive gets over about 90% full. It will hang up at various tasks and sometimes just abort the program. Maybe the MVP is similar.
