MPM Accuflex "USC park failed" error during initialization | 30 December, 2021

We acquired the machine few weeks ago and it was working fine until the printer won't initialize anymore with "USC park failed" error. It seems that the printer won't respond to "4 MAXY_SP 61,0" message.

Is someone has already encountered the problem?

MPM Accuflex "USC park failed" error during initialization | 1 February, 2022

USC PArk is your underside stencil cleaner. The camera pushes it back and a magnet grabs it and holds it back. Ours did this many years ago. I pulled the rear cover and initialized the machine, when the camera pushes the stencil back, grab it and pull it to the rear. It should get beyond that error.

Than you'll haver to figure out why it's not parking correctly. It might just need to be adjusted.

Thanks for the answer. Our camera doesn't even move during USC Park initialization. I assume it's a condition which isn't met to launch the sequence, but all the sensors seems to be fine.

Could you send me the log (SECSDBUG.TXT) of your machine during initialization to compare?

And the offer for spare parts is much appreciated. We have the nuts on the automatic conveyor systems that seems to be a little of tolerance. I will get back to you if we can't fix that with new parts.
