Hej SMTnet.

I have some questions regarding when to replace nozzles at the H12HS and DX mounting heads (Fuji Aimex 2, running Nexim).

1. Is there anyone here at this forum who has any experince how often it make sense to replace the nozzles in order to maintain a god maintenance. We have not replaced any of the nozzles since we bought the machine for 5 years ago.

2. Is it possible that a nozzle can be worn out even though that optical inspection is not showing any damages?

Looking forward to hear your opinion.
