Rotten smell from Electrovert Aquastrom 100 | 28 April, 2022

Hello Forum,

My washing machine have this rotten smell that I'm not sure where it comes from. I cleaned all the filters, changed new water, pretty much cleaned the whole machine but the smell still there. If anyone had this problem please advice. Thank you in advance.

It could be from your Deionized Mixed Beds. Resin on the mixed beds can have that smell if its bad or not flushed prior to use. Its a fishy/rotten eggs odor

It would still happen if you dumped the water but didn't swap out the tanks and would smell once the final rinse turned on.

Thank you for your input Austin. That is exactly what happened. When I replaced the mixed bed, the smell stop.
