Sample assembly notes

I am not exactly clear on what you are looking for. From my customers, assembly drawing notes are assembly specific.

If there is hardware, they might include the stack-up. If we are conformal coating, they usually indicate keep-out areas. If an LED or something needs spaced off of the board surface, they indicate the dimension/ tolerance. Usually indicate locations for any labels. Sometimes will show part polarities if it's not part of the silkscreen. Sometimes indicate the P/N of the PCB (including REV), revision of schematic, BOM. Though these are sometimes on the BOM instead. Notes if there are special consideration parts, like a switch that can't go through wave due to being heat sensitive or something.
