JUKI KE760L Z/T axis problem-urgent HELP please - ALARM1 /ALARM4 | 15 September, 2022

Hi all, I need help with problem Iam stuck with JUKI KE760L. -SERVO ALARM 1 and ALARM4 https://photos.app.goo.gl/CCDcNtbbEhJLBo47A Sometimes I do get error ON ALL 4 SERVO drivers (1-2seconds after starting the calibration routine (even before the Zaxis motors start to move at all)...sometimes on 3 or 2...

I got hint from one guy, that it might be the OMRON safety switch(that some specific delay is very important), however based on observation of it, seems all is working fine. New safety switch is impossible to be bought these days(all sold on ebay I suppose they are used allready) Anybody can confirm what it might be caused by? what is the reason ALARM 1 and ALARM4 is triggered? Servo Power supply : seems all caps are OK, measured all values and ESR, all are within allowed range. Same with Servo controllers, all caps are OK. Safety switch contacts etc all seems Ok, not worn, etc. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any ideas what to check.
