Universal Genesis Nozzle collision

I have almost got my new (to me) SMT line working. My GC 30 appears to be working fine, and the high force 4 spindle head on the GX11S works. However the Flexjet 3 head picks up parts correctly but gives me a message saying nozzle collision detected. I don't have a calibration kit. I assume the Z is wrong for this head Is there anything I can look at adjusting to get height correct? Will offsets in the machine config fix this issue? I've looked at and run the step that measures force at positions for each spindle but I'm unsure how to enter these numbers back into something that'll change how parts are picked.

Though hopefully I can fix this problem myself, I'd actually be interested in finding someone who is a universal tech or has machines who I can chat to and pay for an hour or two of advice on general how to use it well stuff. Does anyone know someone?
