AUTO HEAD CLEANER FUJI NXT | 7 October, 2022

We are having an issue after performing a head cleaning. Error 0x0000D005 - "An error that can be cleared (alarm) has occurred at the axis" We are trying to solve this problem but every time we insert a head into the cleaning machine, it gives us the same error. We do not think that this error is from the head, instead I think it is coming from the machine itself. Does anyone know what is happening or have a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for all the help.

Hey everyone! If you're facing the same issue with your auto head cleaner machine, make sure to check this thread for some useful insights. It's always frustrating to encounter errors like this, and I can understand the frustration of the original poster. As for the suggested solutions, trying another head seems like a good idea, but it looks like it didn't work in this case. Hello everyone, after several attempts it was necessary to change the servo box for a new one. It was fuji's solution.
