So...FactoryLogix does all of that through integrations with KohYoung and Panasonic (as well as most other machines found in SMT assembly). Realtime data is captured during assembly by UID, and can be viewed in live dashboards, scheduled reports, etc.

And, FactoryLogix can provide process control, as well as assembly documentation, and manual data collection, material traceability, etc.

Full disclosure, I work for Aegis Software. But, FactoryLogix can absolutely solve the problems that you're describing.

You might want to look into the Vorne XL Productivity Appliance. You connect it to your line by connecting it to a sensor that will trigger an input. (I used the exit sensor on the pre-reflow conveyor). It's probably the most cost effective productivity measurement tool I've ever come across in my 35 years in the industry. (I'm not a paid sponsor, only a happy customer). For a one time charge of roughly $5K you get everything you need to set-up and monitor your production. The entire system is very customizable. I was able to set up changeover timers, impending changeover announcements, email & text alerts to downtime or cycle-time variations. And there are no recurring license fees.
