Pcb Design Help Request

Hello! I am trying to learn pcb design. I want to make a pcb with esp32-c3fh4 and bms together. I've read lots of schematics but since i didnt study electronic some parts of schematics i didnt understand. If someone can help me i will be really happy. Thank you so much!
