Reliability test on PCBA | 21 December, 2000

Need help urgently. Anyone can provide me some information or site on reliability test on PCB assembly like solder joint or anything. Some test like ERSA Test, SHMOO Test, Pull Test, Temperature cycle and humidity Test, vibration Test or any related reliability test. Thanks for ur information and help.

Thanks for ur help. But i dun think i will call u bcoz i am in MALAYSIA. What i need is just information of how to carry out or design a test to test for the PCBA reliability. If u can send me some infomation on this, i will be very appreaciated. Thanks for ur help again.

Sorry, but I'm a bit fuzzy on the goal here. Let me be basic. The basic reasons for reducing the life of products before they're shipped are: * Design qualification. This highly accelerated test beats the living stuff out of products to identify design, component, process, etc weaknesses in order to correct these weaknesses before exposing customers the product. * Accelerated reliability testing. This accelerated test provides confidence that the design and manufacturing process are capable of meeting the goals for product performance.
