I'd like to build my own carriers using tg fr4 as we have in house Cnc. Where can I find flush corner clamps? Or are these typically custom manufactured by individual carrier board manufacturers?

We have a few custom made fixtures that use a flat disc like that and they are spring loaded. For our "homemade" fixtures, we generally use screws stocking up in the tooling holes that are cut to only stick up approx .050 on an .062 board, so there isn't any protrusion to interfere with stencil.
