Hi guys

somebody have experience with Hanwha T-Solution configuration?

when i add machine to the line,im set the ip address, the machine model and protocol, then press &quot;Update System info&quot; buttom, the software fail to read the machine parameters and show a pop with this error &quot;Error Could not open System Db file&quot;

i hope somebody can help me

Hi! I've seen that error before--it usually means the T-Solution software can't access or find the System DB file, possibly due to permission issues or a missing file path. Try running the software as admin and double-check the database directory. If that doesn't help, a reinstall or checking firewall settings might resolve it. Let me know how it goes!
