So we run a DEK horizon, thats been fairly reliable. The other day before I came in, my operator said something burned up and it no longer worked. I swapped out power supply, pnoz, 2 of the relays and the pilz P1HZ/2. While this got me past my initial pneumatic power error and a software reinstall got past the winNT Dr watson errors, after initializing the machine, the DEK program just sits there, nothing moves. Eventually it'll throw an error, but so far it seems random. Ive gotten rising table error, lid bolt error, and camera failed to initialize errors. I have swapped out the MM cards from another machine and no dice. If I go into diagnostics before initializing it, I get a (I don't remember the exact wording) power failure msg. I can reinitialize and pick a different diagnostic module, and I get the same power error. Any suggestions? Im not super familiar with the inner workings, so if you skip the abbreviations id appreciate it. Thanks

If you have a picture or video of the DEK error message, it will help us understand what you mean.

And if possible, please send an email to: quinnsmt@gmail.com.

Have you left all those changes in please, or undone them one by one when they have failed to resolve the issue? It sounds like you may have made the issue a lot worse than originally sounds.

When we had the issue you describe, all it was were the caps in the industrial PC needed replacing.

Dek support is really good also if you need to reach out direct
