Down Time

Hello,

Last night the web server stopped responding, which in itself is not unusual because it happens from time to time. What is unusual, is that it did not take care of itself and restart automatically. It also did not notify the network administrators of the problem.

We are looking into what could have cause this, so that this will not happen in the future.
