The info you're looking for is in there. | "Mesh Size" is a term that is commonly used to describe the powder particle size in the solder paste mixture, but actually refers to the mesh screen size itself used to sort the powder. The mesh number gives the number of wires per inch of screen. For example, a 200 mesh screen has 200 wires per inch. Each wire is 52 microns in diameter, and the width of each opening in the screen is 75 microns. Consequently, a 200 mesh screen allows 75 micron and smaller particles to pass through. Two different size mesh screens are used to collect the desired powder size. Type 3 powder is the most commonly used size for standard SMT applications. Type 3 is -325+500 mesh size which corrolates to 25-45 microns or .0010"-.0018" powder particle size. Hope this helps, if you have further questions feel free to contact me.
