Hi, Somebody know how to calculate the size of pads for different IC's: QFP's, SOIC, SOJ, etc.

any help is apreciated.

Your circuit will be comprised of given electronic components. Each of those components will have physical, electrical, and recommended land geometry specifications.

Additionally, you might consider IPC-SM-782 as a starting point for basic components. Further, IPC (www.ipc.org) has a pad calculator at their site. Finally, the folks at SMTnet often have experience with specific components.
