I would like to have information about the processability of different packages. In particular I would like to known for which package I can use a double reflow for soldering.

Best Regards

By double reflow are you referring to double sided reflow? Or are you referring to reflowing twice?

I am referring to reflowing twice. Fist time I reflow the up side, turn the PCB and reflow the bottom side.

I expect that 99+% of your SMT components will "stand the heat" of two reflow cycles. The first pass components must be light-weight enough to stay on the board (substrate) during the second course, of course. (Check the archives on this) The real test is in the pudding. Grab a handful of components, test 'em, cook 'em, test 'em, cook 'em ...

I know some "worry warts" that don't want to wave solder second side SMT components, without testing to see if it truely is a problem.
