Pat: Stop using wick. Operators try to rush and drag the iron and wick between pads and
1 Mess-up the mask webbing between pads 2 Fill vias with solder, reducing LT reliability
Just dress the pads with your iron and get on with replacing the BGA. TTYL Dave F |
