Ken, consistent height and volume of the material being deposited is a good indicator of stencil wear. If your stencil manufactuerer is using a properly hardened steel foil (300 series) you will probably tear or otherwise damage the stencil before z axis wear becomes an issue. |

I think if you are wanting to measure a stencil to see if there is a problem you might want to check process first. Then again Who am I!! |
