Is there anyone who can help me with the average profile to start and speed of the above-mentionned oven ? Have you used the blower at any other setting than 100% use?

1 Solder paste that you plan to use. Your solder paste supplier will give you temperature ramp rates for preheating, soaking, spiking, and cooling. 2 Oven conveyor speed that you want to use. BTU can help with this. 2 fpm??

Set your blowers at 100%, until you begin refining your profile.
