Decapsulator

Dear Friends, I am looking for more information on plasma decapsulator for failure analysis of COB and BGA. So far I know only one manufacturer-Nippon Scientific who produce this machine. Have any of you used their machine? What is your opinion on it? Do you use it to decapsulate from the beginning(a long time) or use acid decap or mechanical abrasing first to remove some compound? Also, any other manufacturers also supply plasma based decapsulation system? For acid decap, how do you preserve silver surface? Thanks a lot Hank Hsiung
