Solder Paste process with PHT components?

Is there anybody with knowledge in the process with PHT components (Components with terminals) - Cause with make board with top and bottom side, with SMD and Auto Insertion Technology. So we want to do a Entire Cell with both technology, and without Wave Solder...So, if somebody could help me.

So we want to do a Entire Cell with both technology, and without Wave Solder...So, if somebody could help me. | | We are running a board using pth components and also SMT on both sides (bottom and Top), whithout solder wave machine on line, we have two reflow process (one for bottom and other for top), what's seems to be the problem for you?, we mount pth components and SMT IC's on top during second reflow. Yes, there is a way to print solder paste into through holes as well as for SMT devices. I suggest you contact Alden Johnson at MPM in Franklin, MA (website info at http://www.mpm.com) about what he has done here. The trick in getting the solder paste in the hole is how the stencil is cut, how thick it is, and use of either a rheological pump or pneumatic paste printer to push the solder into the stencil apertures and into the holes on the board.
