Philips Nozzle Changing Problems And More

We have a CSM84V here and the nozzle changer hasn't worked in several years. Because we aren't liked by anyone and won't get another machine for a while, we need to get the changer working again. Philips said that the nozzle isn't going up all the way before beginning to move; the techs have aways looked for alignment problems. We're still without a changer that works. Any ideas? BTW: what happened to the HTML free space link? It doesn't do anything.

I was doing some digging for comments from folks like yourself and noticed your mention of Amistar, Philips, and Transition Automation service. As it happens I'm comparing Amistar and Philips machines and support. It's obvious why you're happy with Philips' service. I'm curious about what Amistar has done for you as well...thanks.
