Panasonic MSR Question

G'Day All,

I have a couple of new Panasonic MSR's. Whenever I load a new program into the machine, I have to manually feed the first PCB onto the X/Y table to get it to run. After that, they run just fine. Panasonic is going to be in and they have been very receptive to any problem we've had - but thought I'd ask out there to see if anyone has been through this already.

The machines are in-line with JOT conveyors in front and behind. SMEMA is working well and it's not a too tight/too loose conveyor width. All the sensors are working OK and see the board well. Any help is appreciated.
