Pro-E Viewer : Pl Suggest software to view, Dimension and print | 14 September, 2001

I am looking for a viewer to view and Print Pro-E Drawings. Anybody having experience with a viewer ? or a tranlator / converter to view with general application software e.g word, image viewer etc.

I will appreciate any input on this. Thanks in advance.

I saw your earlier postings on the topic, but am not familiar with Print Pro-E Drawings.

Have you tried the common Gerber viewers? Like: * View Mate (View only) - http://www.lavenir.com * CamCAD (View only) - http://www.camcad.com * GC-Prevue (View only) - http://www.graphicode.com * PC Gerber II (View & limited data size editing) - http://www.ecam.com/us_home.htm

We use View Mate as floows: 1 Use a free viewer [eg, View Mate, CamCAD, GC-Prevue, etc]. 2 Get an image of the board. 3 Do a ALT-PRINTSCRN (buttons at the same time) to capture what you have on your monitor. 4 Paste it into free drawing package, like paintshop. 5 Edit the image, color the boxes, whatever you do, print it aut an' gotoit.
