Singulation Machine - any suggested model types?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have experience and applications knowledge, to help recommend a singulation machine?

for depanelization process of a :

1) 0.65mm thickness PCBA, with 0603/0402 SMD,

2) with materials composition makeup of a 1.5oz copper,

3) 6-layers PCB,

4) it has 0.1mm width veecut(scoring) only one side of the PCBA board,

5) Panel makeup is a 4 rows x 7 columns matrix layout,

6) we need to singulate both ends of the width to depanelize

Any help is appreciated, thanks to replies in advance.
