Assembleon CSM/GEM Feeders - Any tips or tricks for repair | 6 May, 2002

Hello Do any of you out there with Philips/Assembleon machines have any tips or tricks to repairing there feeders. I call Assembleon and one guy tells me to clean the heads and the feeders with a small lint free brush and to not use any oil on the head. Then another guy said to use a little 3-in-1 Oil on the head. Another guy said i need a feeder repair kit they,it sell turns out that the repair kit is for the older generation of feeders. So does anyone out there have any tips or tricks you use to fix the feeders? Especially the head assembly. Do you oil the feeders in any area's? My main problem is advancement of the parts and clenaing the gears for the peel-away from the T&R. ANY help is MUCH appreciated
