Who had building the f4g and c/c server , when I set up the f4g and the c/c server I found them could not transportion , The FTP could work in normal ,the error code is 417c0021 :c/c connection to failed ,[cann't connect local socket [ connect :10060 ] the network is no question , who can tell me why .

Dear Mr. Liang

I'm a service ingeneer in a distributor of FUJI products. My first suggestion is get some help from the FUJI dealer in your territory, but anyway try the following:

First of all, check again the FTP tool included in F4G-main windows and veryfy that you connect with your C/C Host sellected ( normally you have to see the path C: \fujicc ).

If this is not working, check your settings for the utilities of Programs--}Microsoft Web Service per to per (common )--} Internet Service administrator--}FTP service: in this service you must to select c:\Fujicc as a FTP Home directory and MS-Dos Style, also unset the option "only anonymous conexions allowed".

Thank you so much , my e-mail is chao_liang@jabil . our factory loacation in panyu guangzhou city guangdong privince china , our factory will be move to a new place , so we need a temporarily c/c server . thank you again sincerely chao liang
